We met Susan McFarland at an open house she was hosting in the Milford area, in June of this year. It quickly became apparent to us that our fledgling search for a home to move to in Michigan would be greatly improved by working with Sue. Her knowledge about the area in general, the homes, advantages and disadvantages of certain specific areas, which lakes are best for quiet, or for sports, and many other nuances that we had no way of knowing. Most importantly, Sue’s knowledge of buying and selling homes gave us great confidence that we could fly home to get ready to move, and she would take care of us out here. This was invaluable to us, and her efforts resulted in us getting the home that we fell in love with. She worked with the Seller’s to let them know our position in regards to making an offer on the home we purchased, and she was able to make the buy/sell transaction basically hands off for us, except actually signing. Having bought & sold several homes, we can honestly say that this home purchase was the easiest we have ever experienced.
